Group Exhibit, Eyeglasses at the Design Museum Holon / by Kim Goldberg

Koby Sibony's, 'Windy,' currently featured in a group exhibit at the Design Museum in Holon.

Windy, Koby Sibony, 2016 This project draws inspiration from a familiar physical phenomenon — the airflow around a ball. When the wind strikes the three-dimensional object, drag and lift forces come into play (if it is asymmetrical). In diagrams these forces are represented by flow lines. Using suitable instruments, these lines can be seen and expressed graphically. This language is incorporated into these eyeglasses.
